Jessica is the kindest and most compassionate person. As soon as my dad went to his room, she explained all the medicine, IVs, etc. She did this in the most understandable way. She is very good at her job. She treats you like family. My dad talks about her every time I go visit him. He broke his hip and has been in and out of the hospital for the last 6 months and she is the first person that sticks out. She is the most wonderful, kind, caring, and compassionate nurse I have ever met. I totally think she is what this award means.
