Jessica Tevebaugh, BSN, RN

Jess has been an extraordinary nurse since the first day she had our baby. She has the best personality, always taking time to check on us as parents and giving us a good laugh when we need it. She is always comforting in the right moments too. Jess was our nurse the night our son passed away. He passed towards the end of day shift and I’m sure that was not the shift she had hoped to walk into that night. Jess provided us with such kindness and support on the absolute hardest day of our lives. She encouraged us to take as much time as we wanted with our sweet baby boy and checked on us just the right amount of times. She offered us comfort, but also privacy in just the right way. Jess was so gentle with us and our baby before it was time for him to be taken out of the room. I will always be so grateful for her being our nurse for him on that incredibly difficult night. Since then, Jess always makes an effort to check on us and our other son, and just pop in to chat and say hi. She made the best and most creative crafts! She even still incorporated our Angel baby’s prints into current crafts with his brother. I am so glad to have met Jess and always know my little guy is being looked after if she is on the floor.
