Jessica was especially called out by a former patient for her compassion and kind heart. This patient shared the following words about Jessica in a letter she sent to SFMC.

“Jessica Tran is by far the most caring, sensitive nurse I have ever experienced. When I was in great pain that was not controlled by medication, she would come into the room and rub my arm, my leg, my head – any form of contact so I would know I was not alone. She would tell me what was being done and why.”

Jessica displays values based relationship skills and consistently treats her patients with dignity and respect. She is most deserving of this recognition.
