Our brother is being hospitalized and in ICU Seton Kyle. He is very sick requiring extensive medical care. The ICU staff has done an outstanding job attending him and with his care. However, we noticed a standout employee, Jessica. She went above and beyond her duties in the care she provided. Jessica was instrumental in determining our brother had a burn on his arm due to an experience she had of her own. Therefore, care was refocused and treatment was changed. The family was unaware of the burn, and with the Jessica's knowledge, found out what had happened and tracked back to when the injury had possibly happened.
We are very thankful to Jessica for her care and attention she provided and the extra mile she went. We appreciate the outstanding care she provided our brother.
