While at the hospital Jessica was concerned about my child's health. She explained everything to me so that I could understand and she made me feel like we were important. When Jessica steps into a room it is a pleasant feeling. She always asked if we were okay and if she could do anything to help.
One day, I was feeling very sad because of how my child was feeling. Jessica lifted up my spirits and gave me hope and comfort. Her smile is like a ray of sunshine and she is very professional in her work.
