My mom is 83 years old and lost my dad 2 years ago. My mom was the person who found my dad. We stayed with my mom after we lost our dad. Mom stated that she was okay and did not need us to stay anymore. Mom got a cold a month or so later, which kept getting worse and worse. My mom had an ulcer on her bottom that was very infected and caused her a lot of issues throughout her whole body. My mom made an appointment to get the wound diagnosed and to improve her health. My mom had to get a Wound Vac on the ulcer sore. The nurses who work for the doctor are all amazing. Jessica just took good care of my mom and treated her like her own mom. Jessica has been the nurse who goes above and beyond for my mom and just lets me know what is happening with the sore, her medication, and being there for us. She is a nurse who cares about the patient and the family, and is just there for all of the issues. Thank you for all your caring, kindness, and just being a person who cares about the people you are helping like they are family.
