Jessica always has a positive attitude and will answer our questions in a thorough and professional manner. She has a genuine desire to see our son succeed and "graduate" from the NICU. Our son was critically ill when first born and Jessica's expertise and sharp eye was essential to his recovery. As parents, we literally rest easy on the nights Jessica takes care of our son. We could not have imagined a more perfect nurse.
