I nominate Jessica Williams for the DAISY Award for her consistent leadership as a nurse. She is an excellent charge nurse and always stays positive and tries to help out the hospital with patient flow and patient care. She goes above and beyond to help her coworkers and support the new staff. She is excellent with her communication with management and very easy to problem solve with. Jessica also works very hard and picks up often to help support the needs of the unit and the patient.

Jessica Williams is an excellent charge nurse. She is always helping with the patient flow on the burn unit and working with our staffing office to ensure we have safe staffing. When I'm on the Burn Unit - I have observed her walking around asking her coworkers if they need help. She is very focused on helping the new staff and doesn’t undermine them when they are struggling. She works hard and picks up shifts all the time. She is a very positive person and shares compassion with her patients. She steps up when needed and treats everyone with respect. She certainly demonstrates compassion for her nursing career.
