Jessica Winstead went above and beyond to help her patient tonight. Imagine being in an accident, out of town, losing your family pet, your injured significant other transferred to another town you know nothing about. You have no car, no clue how to find your pet, none of your luggage, no support network, and no transportation. What would you do?  Enter Jessica Winstead, ED RN who not only treated her patient clinically, but went the extra mile and located the hotel that had the family pet, procured transportation, which she insisted must include stopping for the said family pet, and stopping at Walmart for a phone charger. That’s mighty impressive and a great example of not only treating the patient but CARING for the patient. Way to go Jessica!
