Jess went above and beyond for us a year ago when we were here-coming back to the hospital after her shift to replace our daughter's PICC line that had moved during a dressing change-all so we could go home that evening. She continues to demonstrate such great care and consideration for my daughter during our current stay. My daughter is not an easy patient and Jess did everything she could to ensure the PICC line was placed successfully. Thank you so much. My grandmother had passed and Jess did everything she could to get my daughter's line placed so we could make it home for the funeral. She also gave my daughter one of her own personal Eileen's cookies! Jess is always so happy!
