Jessie DeLozier dedicated hours of her time supporting OHSU Hillsboro Medical Center and the Emergency Department as we prepared for the upcoming opening of the Women's and Children's Center Pediatric Unit.
Focused on the guidelines provided by the Oregon Health Authority and OHSU ED Pediatric Providers, Jessie has made this Emergency Department more prepared for our vulnerable pediatric population.
There has been much education instructed with staff on our pediatric code carts. She has done numerous mock codes for both the ED and the new Pediatric Unit. She worked collaboratively with MDs, and nursing to help bring this program to fruition.
Jessie is leading the way in the best care and practices for pediatric patients and excels in dedication and commitment to this organization and our vulnerable population.
