"We believe that Jessie George should receive the DAISY Award. She goes above and beyond her nursing duties on a daily basis. Jessie always has a smile on her face and never complains. She is always willing to come in on her days off to help when we are short staffed. She will even stay after her shifts to see if any unit needs extra help. Her patients always have great things to say about her and always commend her on her excellent care. If you were to ask any of the nursery staff if they believed Jessie deserved the award, they would say yes without hesitation. The hospital would be lucky if every nurse worked as hard as Jessie does. We strongly believe that she is the best candidate for this award. Nobody deserves this as much as she does."
