Jessie Lappin, ADN, RN

She goes above and beyond every day. She assists her peers as needed. When she transferred into the department, she completed her assigned duties while also providing assistance to her previous role while it was being filled. Once the replacement was on board, she provided orientation to that new hire, all while maintaining her responsibilities and assignments. She assists another nurse in other clinics and never complains, stays over when needed and is a joy to work with. She is very positive and hardworking. She is extraordinary and versatile, and she is a real key player at the VA.
