Jessie was very helpful when my husband, who had an infection that turned septic, and was diagnosed with days to live. He was incoherent and a decision was needed where to place him. I chose to take him home. Jessie explained how in her experience she agreed with my decision. She was very compassionate and comforted me in my time of need. Especially in this Covid time when others can’t be with you, Jessie was with me to discharge him and take him to the ambulance so drivers could take him home. I am most grateful to her for the kind words and the support she gave me. She is truly a people nurse. She gives her time and skill to individuals, patients, and families. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
