Jessie demonstrates collaboration with all members of the health team and has excellent interpersonal skills. She is always available to help. Jessie will quickly jump in to help when our unit census is high and staffing is tight. She takes patients and has a consistent focus on meeting patients and families' needs by being a calm, confident RN during stressful situations. Jessie will also take on multiple roles on our unit to help (scrubbing for C/S, helping as secretary, assisting physicians). I want to recognize Jessie for her positive attitude and leadership on our busy unit. Jessie is an amazing nurse and leader. She always puts everyone else before herself. She is willing to come in and help even when it interferes with her own life. She keeps L&D running smoothly always with a smile. I am proud to work beside her.
