We would like to nominate Jessy for her outstanding care, compassion, and professionalism during my mother’s recent hospital stay. Over the course of two challenging weeks, Jessy provided not only exceptional clinical care but also emotional support to our entire family. She consistently demonstrated a calm and reassuring presence, even in the most difficult moments. Her empathy, patience, and deep knowledge were a source of comfort to us all. She took the time to explain complex medical updates in a way we could understand and made sure my mother felt safe and cared for at every step. What truly sets her apart is the fact that she even came in to check on my mom on her day off—a gesture that moved us deeply and showed how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She went far above and beyond what anyone would expect. We are forever grateful for her dedication, and I can think of no one more deserving of this recognition.
