During the admission of my mother to FSW, she was hesitant to have the surgery and psychologically disturbed. I asked Jessy to come and assist her. She sat with my mother and talked to her softly. Jessy developed trust with the patient by displaying empathy and compassion. She was able to de-escalate the situation and condensed my mother to have this surgery. It is not the first time I have seen Jessy do this. Jessy is kind-hearted.
