Jetz has special skills in making the patient feel special care as he encourages with his compassionate replies like "Ma'am just relax and you will feel better". He also has humor that brings out smiles and laughter from my wife. He really cares so much for the patient (my wife) that she told him that she wants to adopt him as one of our children. We even requested the station to regularly assign him to us. He really fills the criteria in extraordinary care and compassionate care. He also explains in a very nice way how the medicine will help and how different methods will help the patient.
