Our sister, a patient, was combative after a fall. Jewel was able to calm her with music and nursing skill. Jewel is self-effacing and underestimates the love, peace and healing her mannerisms portray. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the team works together for the good of each patient. I get the impression Jewel is part drill sergeant and part mama. Our sister is better because of Jewel's kind and gentle ways. We love and respect Jewel.
