We had my mother at Good Samaritan in July/August of 2023. Jewel was one of the nurses that took care of my mom then. Unfortunately, we had to bring Mom back recently due to her ongoing battle with pancreatic cancer. I was happy to find out Jewel would be one of her nurses. I think Jewel is an Extraordinary Nurse who is the cream of the crop for the following reasons: She is genuinely compassionate towards the patient and family. She goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. She makes sure the patient and family are informed and understand what’s going on. I feel very confident in Jewel's abilities when she's taking care of mom. Good Samaritan is a GREAT hospital. Everyone I have had contact with has been helpful. Jewel is the best! Cream of the crop!
