Because she was so polite and had a great bedside manner and was there when you needed her. When I was in pain, she made sure I was able to get relief before I left. She is awesome.

She went above and beyond, not only taking care of me physically in a super-timely fashion but also providing me with emotional support during a really tough time in my life. She stayed late two nights, including over an hour on a Friday night to take care of me. I really don’t think I could have gotten over my trauma accident without her. She always had a great disposition and a great bedside manner. She was very knowledgeable about my case and truly compassionate about my getting better and my healing. Jhanve is extremely deserving of this award.
