Recently, the stock of medication that I needed was out. This medication made it possible for me to be mobile and have some true comfort. I can't express the discomfort or monster attitude that I had, but Jhon really got creative. He gave me such words of encouragement and showed me things that I could do to take my mind off of the pain. He also showed me breathing exercises that helped alleviate pain. He helped me to focus on other things that would take my attention away from the pain such as comedy or music that had soothing effects. He was very kind and patient (even with my attitude). He said, "Don't worry about it, I love my job, it helps me feel good when I can help others to feel good." I love that! Thank you TGH.
