Jhordan shows care, professionalism, and firmness. She exceeded our expectations in the PICU department. We had to get an MRI done. That morning was hectic; she was able to keep her composure and managed to prep us to go down by herself. She is always on time on meds and vitals.
Even though we bumped heads Jhordan didn't let that get to her. She was gentle to my baby and she is good at communicating with the right people to get our questions answered. We are difficult parents because we are very involved with our daughter's care. She did not once give us an attitude even though we didn't get along in the beginning.
There was a situation where we wanted to use a different NG tube. The policy says this hospital can't install it because it wasn't like the one they provided here. Jhordan managed to talk to the night team to make sure this happened.
