This nurse listens to patients!
He has wit, humor, knowledge of diseases. He can relay information to a village idiot in a fashion that is understood by any and all. His compassion in all situations (I witnessed) can calm an angry grizzly bear. Steps up for diaper changing and can smooth a "Bad Actor" out the door for poor behavior and leaving his pride and dignity intact. Attitude is inspirational!
He is a very hard worker, very attentive!!
I want to really express the gifts he has. He is the kind of nurse your parents would request. If I could request a nurse to shadow me while my stay required one, it would be Jian and every time.
He should be a training nurse for new folks because he is a great asset to your staff.
