She was caring and had a positive attitude. Jianna was excellent at explaining every move she was about to make. Her teamwork with the tech is amazing. They worked in great synchrony. I worked in guest service at Disney for 38 years, and I know what great service is. We were lucky to have her. She had a huge impact on moms’ recovery.
