Jiggy has done an amazing job working with the Plan at Dunwoody ASC. Beyond what she has submitted for her Plan, Jiggy has put together a reference book to share with other nurses to guide them through the process. She has inspired 7 nurses at Dunwoody to get on the Plan, and presented at the Sr. Managers Leader Retreat, presenting each center with a reference book. Her enthusiasm is contagious and several managers asked for Jiggy to speak at their staff meetings. In addition to the Plan, Jiggy is a member of the UPC, and is a well-rounded nurse who works preop, pacu, preadmission testing, and circulates for procedures. She is dedicated to making the patient experience as exceptional as possible by inspiring other nurses to advance their professional development. She is an exceptional employee and human being.
