Jigna Patel, BSN, RN

Jigna was nominated by several family members of one of her patients because of her kind and compassionate care she provided. She eased both the patient's and family members’ minds by taking the time to explain what was happening and made an extremely stressful and scary situation more bearable. One of the family members also stated that Jigna showed “the most compassion and love to my mom in the last week of her life than ANY caregiver has in the last two years. She made my mom smile, laugh, and sing. She really stands for Geisinger’s core values."
