I was in the Out-Patient Department as a Walk-in Patient and I would like to commend one of the Nursing Staff for giving high-quality service to a patient like me. As a Nurse by profession, I know how important it is to be treated with care and to address concerns. Nurse Jiji make me feel cared for and gave me attention especially when I had an issue with the approval of my MRI. I was worried when I arrived home that my request would not be followed up, but when I talked to her over the phone, she assured me that she will follow it up. The next day I received a message that it was approved. I was really overjoyed and grateful for her. She is a good example of our profession! Great job and God Bless her. Thank You.
