Jill built and implemented a nurse residency program for all new graduate nurses hired into the organization. Nurse residency programs play a vital part in the success of new graduate nurses in their first year of practice. Jill worked diligently to make this program a success. Her love and dedication to the nursing profession is unwavering. Jill demonstrates her leadership abilities in every aspect of her duties in staff development.
