I felt that Jill qualifies because of her caring about her patient's needs, along with caring for the needs and comfort of the family members present.

She always has a warm smile and shows genuine compassion. She even remembered that I like my morning coffee in a large cup. When my wife was moved to the ICU, Jill took time from her lunch break to look in on us. She did the same when we were moved to the 6th floor. In my opinion, she is the total package.
