Jill made me feel right at home and explained every portion of my care to us. She is positive and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. She is very informative, friendly, and easy to talk to.

On my first stay, I had the opportunity to meet some of the nicest and most professional nurses. On my second trip, I found the same people had not changed and their behavior was consistent with the first stay. I was most impressed with Jill for the special attention she paid to meet my needs. Her communication skills are at the top of the scale. Your organization should be proud to have such stellar personal. I don’t look forward to any more trips to Parkway, but if I do, I hope it is with you guys.

Jill offered every possible comfort, she made sure he had his glasses for reading and spoke to him very close as he was hard of hearing. She created a reassuring and calm environment. He remarked, “I’m so impressed with this place.” This from a fellow who isn’t impressed with much.
