My nurse made me cry. But it was before I even met her. I was sharing a room with an older gentleman who clearly had difficulty communicating. Early hours of the morning I heard the voice of the kindest angel on the other side of the curtain, treating my roommate with incredible respect and greeting him warmly and using words and intonation that made him feel valued and special. Sitting on the other side of the curtain, I began to cry. This was the type of woman who was born for this work of truly caring for those who cannot care for themselves. BRAVO Jill! Bravo!
