From an Endocrinology practice patient:
I am sending this letter to recognize Jill Cook. She is such an amazing and caring person. My insulin can only be delivered to my doctor’s office in Reno. I am currently bedridden. This is almost a 150-mile round trip from Reno and back. We are financially unable to repair our car. Jill learned of this and on her own time, traveled to bring me my insulin on more than one occasion. I have been so touched by her compassion and kindness. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude. Jill has such a very kind heart. I wanted you to know just how special Jill is and what a dedicated person she is.
