Jill Crosby, RN

My first contact with nurse Jill was in the middle of her shift. I was scared, hungry and very sick. Jill was friendly, comforting to me. A kind, sweet, beautiful lady. Everything a nurse should be. She was energetic, involved and had empathy. She knew her job. She loved her job and later I heard from the staff and her cohorts that she was the best in the west. Thank God she was my nurse. I ran into all kinds of rules and red tape. She fixed it. She cared. I am a trailblazer in the nursing field. It’s nurses like her that inspire me and encourage me. She made my hospital stay safe, sound and peaceful. Love RN Jill. She is the essence of Ascension motto. As pretty as she is you’d think she would be snarky and condescending, instead she is a mother bear. Every interference I had, she fixed it. Every time I told her co-workers about her kindness, her Florence Nightingale skills, they agreed. She is impressive and inclusive. She knows her job. She is kind. She has empathy. I really think she wears roller skates. She arrives quickly and stays on her feet the entire 12 hour shift. Thank God I met a true “angel of mercy”. And I say to you Jill, if I don’t see you again on this side, I'll see you in heaven where all angels go. You are one in a million. By the way, I’m 79 years old.
