Ms. Jill Dickerson was beyond courteous in her care, and I felt like I was being taken care of by a friend.
Ms. Dickerson is one of the most caring and wonderful providers in the organization. She was my provider when I was admitted to the COVID unit. Ms. Dickerson listened to my concerns and sat down with me to make sure my psychological needs were met. Ms. Dickerson never speaks down to her patients, and she is very professional. She is always attentive and concerned; I am now 55-years-old with many ailments, and I have never been so taken care of by a provider. Ms. Jill Dickerson was beyond courteous in her care, and I felt like I was being taken care of by a friend. She even followed up with me personally after being discharged from the hospital, calling me to check on my condition and even help with some unrelated symptoms I was having. I would like to recognize her for care of myself and other Veterans, but especially for her commitment and excellence.
