Jill was a blessing during this difficult time losing our twins. She went beyond just attending to our medical needs but was a true caretaker. She talked with us about death and informed us of what to expect. Our other nurses spent little time with us and seemed uncomfortable. Jill built a relationship with us and will always be a part of our memories. She had a very important role as the one handling our babies and seemed to recognize that and treated us and them with total respect and compassion. We trusted her. I hope she is able to read this and know how much we appreciated her support. The quality of healthcare can depend on the doctor or nurse one gets and we felt with Jill we got the best care possible.
