Jill Frank, BSN, RN

Jill has been a superbly caring and involved caregiver to my dear cousin, D. She has taken the time to know D as a person with a rich life history and vast circle of friends. It has given us great comfort to know that D has been the recipient of Jill’s kind and tender nursing care. She helped us understand D’s condition and assured us that D was comfortable and secure in this hospice setting. It gives us peace to know that D’s last days are filled with peace and understanding by Jill getting to know her as a person and as a Veteran who served her country, just as Jill is also doing here at the Madison VA.
