1st Nomination
Jill, where do I start? She was so kind, gentle, and loving. She talked to my mom, wiped her tears, and made sure she was comfortable. She made sure my mom had all the love she could give to make her feel warm and calm her down after the news that she needed open-heart surgery. She was there to hold my mom’s hand, rub it, and wipe her tears. She was very, very kind and loving, and she felt like a family member. We (mom and dad and I) loved Jill and she should get recognized as caring for her patients with love as family.

2nd Nomination
Jill was very positive and upbeat. She took the time to answer our questions and concerns thoroughly, which means the world when in this situation. She showed outstanding thoughtfulness. I wish all were like her.
