My mom came into the ED with a fractured humerus and was in extreme pain. My mom is 86 years old. Jill was right there and understood the pain she was in. She immediately addressed it and was able to get pain meds going and ice very quickly. She was kind and caring to Mom and all of us as a family. She was confident in her abilities and went above and beyond to accommodate my mom, her pain, and us as a family. She was patient and answered all of our questions and engaged us in conversation. We are all extremely grateful to Jill. Mom called her "my angel". Thank you, Jill!
