I find it very difficult to choose a word that describes Jill on the level of my heart's appreciation...She is very kind, compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable, caring, very well mannered, prompt, and observative, to say the least. When your Grandmother is in the hospital, you hope there's "A Jill" caring for her. When you're a tired mom admitted with a sick baby, you pray for "A Jill" to help your love and care for your child like you do. When you're faced with a situation otherwise humiliating to everything you want to be kept private, you pray for "A Jill" to be by your side. When you're confined in 4 walls for a few days and you just need to express emotions through tears, pray for "A Jill" to be by your bedside and just listen, then respond with the most loving and caring words. I have no complaints about any of my nurses during my stay here at OLOL... but MY Jill has exceeded every textbook definition of what a Nurse should be every single day she walks into this hospital. Jill did not miss her calling in life. It is evident that she takes pride in her job, she loves her job and she performs her job to the best of her ability every single day. Jill is such a pleasant face to be greeted by each time she knocked on my door, with a calm caring personality she attends to my needs with such grace, she is an admirable woman of her profession... I pray that every patient who walks through the doors of this hospital has this same experience as I have with "A Jill".
