Jill Meshew stayed over 2 hours after a 12 hour shift to help with a multiple unresponsive MVA victims that were in route. I came down from another department and Jill guided me through helping in an unfamiliar environment. Teaching and supporting me as we worked to stabilize our patient while most of the rest of the ER was dealing with the more critical patient next door. Jill was attentive and perceptive to the patients' needs and situation.
