Jill takes such good care of me every time I see her. She was my infusion nurse during chemo, and now I get to see her monthly for a hormone injection. Each time I see her, she takes the time to ask how I am doing. Her careful touch on such a large needle helps. She is the only one I trust to give me the injection. She is kind, compassionate and caring. She goes above and beyond every day.

Jill has the ability to somehow be in multiple places at once. Her level of multitasking is phenomenal. I have been getting infusions at MUSC Midtown twice a week, every week, for the past five years. I have seen many excellent nurses and have developed bonds with each of them, but Jill truly stands out as of theater. There was one day when she came to get me in my wheelchair (I sometimes must use it when I am too tired to walk), put a port in when the other nurses could not, find a vein when others could not, listen to patient stories (which can be long), answer the phone, and do it all with the smile on her face, and a kind word for everyone. MUSC is extremely lucky to have Jill.

Jill always greets you every week with a smile and always goes beyond being caring and compassionate! So many times, when you just feel awful, she makes you smile and leave feeling better. Jill gives you whatever explanation you seek to make you feel more confident in your treatment. She is someone I would want to take care of anyone in my family! I'm not the best writer but I can't say enough good things about her!
