Jill came down to assist a new mom who was having a number of difficulties with breastfeeding her new infant and also pumping and supplementing feedings with a syringe. She worked with the mom and baby for at least an hour and offered to come down again and assist if needed. It was wonderful to see that partnership and especially for her to assist our staff with her expertise. The difference it made for the mom and the amount of confidence it instilled was remarkable. The mom was so happy with the education offered and hands-on assistance. I really feel it made the difference in this mom continuing to troubleshoot breastfeeding versus giving up. The mom was so much less anxious and self-sufficient after working with Jill.
