Jill calmed the crying daughter of a patient who presented with chest pain and a STEMI Alert was called. When the parents arrived, she spoke to them in a reassuring, calm manner while she was directing everyone. Jill expedited care while giving Nitro, Oxygen, Morphine, and arranged for a helicopter. I truly believe that Jill was paramount in this patient's positive end result. She was calm and professional throughout the whole situation. She is the consummate professional and a joy to be around.
