Her constant attention to detail, loving kindness and the ability to bridge the gap between us and the doctors, she made sure that our concerns were clearly noted. Always professional, kind and courteous with reassurance and care that she didn't have to do. She made a scary three weeks in the ICU bearable. Sweetness, tenderness that she showed my wife I will forever be grateful.
