Jill is an absolute angel, and the unit is lucky to have her. I have been a returning patient a couple of times, and every time, she welcomes me with open arms. I have never received judgment from her for any of my conditions or for being there multiple times. She is so easy to talk to on the rough nights and so attentive to what is being said. She goes above and beyond for her patients, and it makes a world of difference. Being on the unit is normally the last thing anyone wants, but Jill reminds her patients that everyone struggles from time to time and needs a little help. The world needs more Jills.
