Have you ever witnessed a DNV surveyor cry? The surveyor asked Jill what is the most rewarding thing about working at the cancer center. Jill's answer: "I learned my Spanish-speaking cancer patient shared my Catholic religion. Although I took Spanish in high school, I was very rusty. I practiced a special prayer at home and was able to pray in Spanish with my patient during her next visit." Jill showed genuine compassion.
