I would have to say my family's experience in this unit was loving, caring and I must have to say that Jill has truly played a major part on why we feel this way. She really has touched my family's heart. Jill was my brother's nurse until he passed. She provided caring and loving attention until the end, to my brother and our family. She was compassionate and attentive to us all. She is an excellent nurse who represents SF in a positive manner. She really did an excellent job, was very gracious, and kept us all informed. I will never forget all she did to make sure we were comfortable.
