Jill’s positive attitude, as well as her compassion, has fostered an attitude of trust and respect amongst the staff members and the leadership team which had been non-existent previously.

• Jill truly cares for us as a part of her family. She doesn’t hesitate to step in and do whatever we need.
• Jill leads by example. She is always willing to pitch in and lend a helping hand when needed. If someone is sick or feeling down, she makes a point of checking on that person often to lift their spirits. She cares for the staff and patients alike in Christian Service. Jill exemplifies the type of servant leadership which embodies our mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ.

Creates an environment where attributes of trust, compassion, mutual respect, continued professional development and ethical behavior are modeled and supported.
• Jill has an open-door policy and is our mentor, friend, therapist, etc. She can give us both professional and personal advice.
• I have watched Jill grow into her position on our team. She definitely cares about our team. I love how she has prayed with me and other members who’ve been going through tough times.
• She has turned the overall attitude of the Cath Lab from very negative and divided to positive and made us a better team.

• Her many years of Cath lab experience have helped us improve as a whole. She also is very good at communicating with us.

• She instituted an actual orientation/training plan for new hires which we didn’t have. She advocates for our patients and her team as well.
• Jill holds regular formal and informal meetings with staff members to inform us of organization activities as well as future initiatives. She presents these ideas in a positive manner which engenders trust and fosters a spirit of collaboration. Patient care and patient outcomes are a primary focus.

• Jill is an excellent nurse who always demonstrates her professionalism.

• Jill is a great leader. She encourages us to do more for the community like our very successful can food drive in November.
• Jill goes above and beyond for her staff. She always has our backs and best interest. She has really turned this Cath Lab around.
• She advocates for each of us as nurses and our department as a whole. She constantly praises us for our contributions to our patients, to each other, and to our community such as our food drive.

In her short time as manager in Cath Lab Jill has successfully implemented a formal training plan with designated trainers, improved morale, and changed the atmosphere of the Cath Lab 100%. Jill is an asset to our department and our organization.
