Jill was a phenomenal nurse. She always went above and beyond for me. Jill was able to explain everything regarding my illness and the plan to treat thoroughly and effectively. From day one, Jill entered my room with a smile, and even when I was needy and scared, she continued to smile and calm me down. Jill talked to my daughter on the phone and was able to answer and explain the things that I couldn't. Jill always made me feel at ease and as though my voice mattered. Every staff member on this unit was wonderful but Jill's patience and compassion are something I will not soon forget. Thank you!
